Art Director
National award-winning BtoB branding advertising agency is looking for an art director with at least five years ad agency experience. The right candidate will be responsible for
producing innovative ideas for marketing campaigns in all kinds of media, including:
- Digital/interactive/video;
- Print;
- Tradeshow;
- Direct mail;
- Brand standards and logo design.
The art director will work in partnership with a copywriter as a creative team and focus on the visual look and feel of a campaign.
Typical work activities may include:
- Meeting with the account management team to discuss the client’s requirements;
- Understanding the target audience and business that each campaign is aimed at;
- Working closely with the copywriter to generate ideas and concepts to fulfill the client’s brief;
- Presenting concepts internally;
- Pitching ideas to clients;
- Producing comps and ’storyboards’ to communicate ideas to the client;
- Briefing other members of the creative team;
- Commissioning photographers, animators, artists or film-makers to work on projects;
- Visiting and assessing locations for potential shoots;
- Working on location;
- Attending meetings at production houses and with other directors;
- Working in editing suites to oversee the finished product;
- Advising new creatives, reviewing their ‘books’ and managing new teams on placement with the agency.

Spring 2010 Internship at Advertising and PR Agency
Koroberi is seeking dedicated students for a spring internship in the PR department. Chosen applicants will gain experience in agency interactions, monitoring print and web media, interacting with editorial staff, media planning, PR philosophy, pitching and more.
The ideal applicant will have completed at least 2 years of college coursework (Junior or Senior status) with an intended major in journalism, marketing, advertising, business, public relations, communications or related field. Recent graduates will also be considered. Applicants must be computer savvy, comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications and conducting internet research. Mac and Adobe experience a definite plus.
This is an unpaid internship that can be used toward course credit or for “real-world” experience.
