Account coordinator

We are seeking an account coordinator to join our team! Under the direction of the marketing supervisor, the account coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

Account coordination:

  • Research and report on market trends and competitor activity
  • Assist in creating briefing documentation required for agency creative and production work
  • Update and monitor weekly client traffic schedule
  • Prepare ongoing work-in-progress reports, end-of-month activity reports and meeting notes
  • Coordinate and monitor project timing and budgets

Advertising, web, translation project support:

  • Support media planning and buying
  • Manage media monitoring activities
  • Monitor effectiveness of campaigns, including requesting advertising performance metrics and compiling reports
  • Manage ad insertion schedules and mechanical submissions
  • Assist with translations, including workflow coordination, organization and estimate creation
  • Update client website content through Drupal CMS
  • Compile web performance metrics through Google Analytics

 Agency support:

  • Recruit, train and manage intern staff
  • Write agency blogs and update social media accounts regularly
  • Manage job and document filing system


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in agency, sales or marketing position
  • Full understanding and working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, including Excel

Public relations account executive

We are seeking a public relations account executive to develop and implement PR, digital marketing, social media and issues management programs for clients in the business-to-business sector. Position includes day-to-day tactical program implementation on designated accounts, management of data and workloads, identification of new opportunities, and collaboration with integrated marketing team members.

The public relations account executive:

  • Cultivates relationships with journalists, pitch media and secure editorial placements in traditional and online media outlets; manage media requests for clients
  • Writes press releases, bylined articles, op-eds, case studies, white papers, newsletters, brochures, web content
  • Drafts content for electronic press kits and manage on-site media relations at trade shows and events
  • Develops search engine optimized content that promotes brand messaging and thought leadership positioning in a compelling manner
  • Develops monthly client reports, including retainer updates, media tracking, competitor analysis, and weekly updates
  • Prepares for, attends and actively participates in client meetings and media interviews
  • Develops, verifies and maintains up-to-date media lists
  • Keeps apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in PR, journalism or related field; 2-3 years of agency experience; background in engineering or technology; willingness to travel
