Chapel Hill Marketing Agency Wins Global Communications Award

Koroberi, Inc. (www.koroberi.com), a global business-to-business integrated marketing services firm, announces that it has won an Award of Excellence in the Society for Technical Communication’s (STC) 2004-2005 international technical publications competition.

Koroberi’s global Award of Excellence was received in the category of Promotional Materials for an equipment brochure designed for its global material handling client, FKI Logistex. The agency’s award recognized Koroberi’s Robert Burke, senior art director; Jason Mathes, production manager; and Eric Walton, engineering editor.

“This communication award is the result of a long and productive partnership between FKI Logistex and Koroberi that has produced award-winning and highly effective designs. We look forward to ongoing success in the future,” said Steve Legg, vice president, business development, FKI Logistex North America.

This award follows Koroberi’s recent win of two Gold ADDY® and one silver ADDY® design awards in the Professional Ad Club East (PACE) ADDY 2004-2005 competition and five 2004-2005 prizes from the STC Carolina Chapter. Competitors in the STC awards programs included leading RTP companies such as IBM, RTI International, and SAS Institute.

“I am proud of our team and our clients,” said Bruce Olive, CEO, Koroberi. “As we continue to grow and gain new clients, it’s a great feeling to know we are building on such a creative and respected foundation of talent.”

The STC traveling exhibit of STC International Award Winners will be on display at Tri-Doc 2005 April 8-9 at the Hilton North Raleigh in Raleigh, North Carolina. The exhibit will include winning international entries from the Publications, Online, and Technical Art categories.
